Magnificent Madness was commissioned for a project by the JazzMN Orchestra in Minneapolis, MN. It is a straight 16th funk tune that includes mixed meter, a layering and intense trumpet solo, and a keyboard solo. Perfect for Advanced high school jazz bands, universities, and pro bands alike! The title refers to life with our two sons, Auggie and Hobbes.
